Question / Help Missing runtime components

I'm running Windows 10 and I'm trying to download OBS. Whenever the install wizard starts, it gives me an error message that says "Your system is missing runtime components that OBS studio requires. Would you like to download them?" When I click yes, it takes me to a website that doesn't load https://obsproject.com/visual-studio-2017-runtimes-64-bit. Is there another place I can download the required runtime parts?

If you're able to access this forum you should be able to access https://obsproject.com/visual-studio-2017-runtimes-64-bit as they are on the same server. You can also find them at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
