Question / Help Missing quality slider for elgato in obs?

so i recently streamed mario kart wii and i noticed that the quality is pretty bad even in the obs preview. you see many compression artefacts. here is an example https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0xkKavubwSHanh4NVh2TXk5dTA here is a log https://gist.github.com/c403c9627ada8fba90681a92320716a2 (recording settings are fine. when i record pc games it looks very good. i also tried better settings but this wont have an effect for the elgato capture.) for comparison here is a recording with the elgato software direct. https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0xkKavubwSHdFh4d01ibV9PWEk when i record with elgato software, quality is fine. so is there anything i can do against this problem because i have this problem with everything whats resolution is lower than 720p.

i think this is because you dont have a quality slider in the elgato settings in obs. see in file attachements, there is no slider in the obs settings. does anyone know weither/how you can change bitrate for elgato in obs?
