Missing plugins for Stream Deck

Hi there! Please help with the plugins for the Stream Deck? I've been having trouble since your last update. I use it everyday to teach classes online. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Have 32.0.1 We have the latest version, which no longer supports the stream deck.

this is incorrect, you need to update your streamdeck software as they needed to update their plugin.

Same problem: Latest Stream Deck version 7.0.1 (22055) and latest OBS Stream Deck plugin (2.2.9.9) but obs still says that it cannot find the plugin

maybe there was an issue with your streamdeck install but I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling their software which provides the plugin/connectivity with their hardware...

Thanks for your answer. Didn't work.
Interesting: There is no plugin file in the plugin folder even though I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software. (I'm on a Mac.)

okay yeah I am not sure if there is anything different to do with a Mac for this issue you'd need to reach out to elgatos support since they provide the plugin for this....a little confusing because this is the windows support section of the forum.
