Question / Help missing option.. ?

My Native PC resolution is 2560x1600. That option is available for me to stream at, and it works like a champ. However, YouTube complains because it's not a "supported resolution". So I figured I would drop down to 2560x1440 instead. Then this happened...

Where is 2560x1440? I know it's not the same aspect ratio, but there has to be a way to tell OBS, "yes, my system is x1600, but I want you to broadcast at x1440". Base resolutions maintain my monitor's aspect ratio (2560x1600, 1920x1080 and 1280x720). Tell me I'm just stupid and there's a way to do this? Tell me I'm stupid just for fun, but if your suggestion is to change my monitor resolution to 1440p, please don't reply because I'm never going to do that. I'll just ignore YouTube's warning. I'm just trying to keep YouTube happy, which is generally impossible, but perhaps in this instance....

Just enter the desired resolution manually. You are not limited to the resolutions in the dropdown list. These are only proposals for downscaled resolutions derived from your native resolution and native aspect ratio.
But enter the desired resolution as base (canvas) resolution, not in the output resolution. You cannot change aspect ratio during scaling. Your canvas must have the desired aspect ratio in the first place.
