dirst check this files and dont use onedrive folder it makes problems when you want a save way make an folder like
c:\Streaming content
in this folder you save all you need problem is when you reinstall your pc and use another username obs cant find the files when you have the datas on C you only must copy the folder back to C
looks this is the problem check the wildget

tip deinstall it defender make the same job and you have disabled it !
Please delete the wildget and readd it to the scene
