Hello, I recently ran into this issue. I've had obs installed for over a year and never had this kind of issue before. My video card (AMD Radeon R5) isn't an available option for the encoder anymore and I've been using it forever. So now, the only option I have is x264 which always gives me encoding problems even with lower settings. If I try to change my streaming settings with x264, there is no properties visible. I have tried everything, watched every tutorial and viewed other forum posts but nothing has worked. I even reinstalled obs and that didn't do anything. I've updated my drivers and all that but my video card still isn't appearing as an encoding option.
