Question / Help missing .dll? Unable to get log

Hello.
I'm just an english teacher trying to use obs to teach online. I've already installed and setup obs on a handful of collegues laptops, over coming the black screen issue and various other minor issues.
Now I'm stuck.
I can't get obs to open at all.
I'm getting an error message saying entry point not found. C:/Program Files/obs-studio/bin/64bit/w32-pthreads.dll is missing. I'm not sure of the exact wording as the bloody pc is set to Turkish.
I tried getting a log but it said 'location not found'?
Things I've tried so far
1- reinstalling obs.,
2- redownloading and reinstalling
3- updating windows
4- Scanning with system file checker. It found problems but couldn't fix.
5- Restoring to restore point. No go. Pc was formatted 3 days ago. I'm first to use it since.

Like I said, I'm just an English teacher. I'm trying my best to be able to teach my students and I have no idea what I'm doing wrong or what I need to fix this issue and get my lessons up and running.
Advice or help will be greatly appreciated and even more so if presented in laymans terms.
Thank you

This file is included as part of the OBS installer. Do you have any 3rd party antivirus software that may be removing it? Also you may want to check there is no w32-pthreads.dll file in the c:\windows\system32 folder as that may conflict.
