Question / Help Misaligned cursor issue

I am attempting to stream osrs, but my cursor is somehow misaligned even though I have my input/output video settings together and my window display settings correctly, I have no idea how to fix this issue so my cursor can pick up correctly on the stream. Thanks for any help!

It seems like game is running at the top left corner of your screen.

I can no longer see the cursor in any position i put it.
