Question / Help mirroring phone to obs - latency keeps rising

hi, I stream a mobile game and i use screen stream mirroring into obs using vlc video source. I got a new laptop and new setup so i cranked my specs up, but it seems sometimes the actual mirroring's latency rises throughout the stream, making it so my reactions are seen before the actual thing I'm reacting to after synching it on stream start.

this is probably a result of the higher specs, but if you have any idea which one can cause this and if theres maybe a fix to stop it from buffering and increasing latency it would be greatly helpfull

log file added, if some of my specs could be higher or are redundent do tell!

Are you seeing the latency in the preview? Or only on the stream?

You're dropping a good amount of frames here:

Code:
16:29:26.306: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 8410 (7.7%)

Which could cause buffering and latency on the stream side of things.
