Question / Help Minor Stuttering Without Drops/Lags

Greetings OBS'ers,

For quite some time I'm noticing stuttering during re-watching gameplay despite no single FPS drops both in game and OBS, also no connection lags. I'm running 6k bitrate on 900p resolution NVENC codec, all Twitch recommended settings and on server with <15ms. Fyi, not just in apex (I stream it for a first time today), game before that I started to pay attention to it is TF2.

those fps drops are only in apex when jumping off plane. Mentioned issue on the ground without any (+TF2 not dropping anything). Issue might be something else?
