Question / Help Minimal Network Impact With Highest Viewing Quality

So I'm trying to make my stream look as good as possible with the least possible network impact. I'm streaming smash over netplay so I need to keep a stable ping. Is there anything I'm missing to improve quality without the cost of network performance or anything I can do to reduce lag?

I started to use Minimal Network Impact and at 1750 Bitrate before i would lag now i dont

you have 2 up so i would do max 1500 birate or even 1450/1300 just fiddle and test it until you have no more lag

Yeah I'm aware of bitrate but are there any more obscure things I can do to either increase quality without network impact or decrease network impact?

Not that i know of unless you have a 2nd streaming pc and use Slow/Medium preset or cpu encoder
