So I have a computer im using that runs everything I throw at it fine. It also streams games perfectly fine to. I streamed dark souls and some other few games with no problem. Minecraft on the other hand when I stream it the screen starts to flicker in the capture on OBS. I'm using Game Capture fullscreen Minecraft. It also noticeably makes me game jitter and lock up a bit. This did not happen on my old computer when I streamed and it absolutely doesn't happen when I play minecraft in fullscreen not streaming.
What could be causing this problem? It flickers in OBS and nothing else in the scene messes up, just the game capture of the footage in fullscreen. I didn't try it in windowed mode because I wouldn't play it like that. I have footage of the problem on stream.

Go to 1 hour and 6 minutes to see the flicker at it's worse. Does anyone know why this is occuring in OBS?
