Question / Help Minecraft recodring lag

I use OBS primarily for Minecraft recording and had great results.

For some reason, OBS has had issues without me touching any of its settings. I'm very confused, since I use Razer Game Booster for an extra kick of power.

Here's the log file

I'm really hoping the issue is simple, I hate not being able to record. If anyone could help, that;d be amazing.

I somewhat doubt that razer game booster does anything to actually affect game performance that you couldn't do on your own (such as modifying process priority).

Two main issues are one, you're only on a two-core processor, and you're encoding an HD resolution. Definitely not ideal. Second thing is you only have an intel integrated graphics chip. OBS utilizes graphics acceleration extensively so having a good graphics adapter is very helpful, especially for minecraft. The intel chip doesn't support the advanced OpenGL capture method we developed, so it's using a slower capture method.

Just generally I think it just comes down to the PC itself unfortunately.

Thanks Jim. I am planning on getting a gaming desktop computer when I get the money. The weird thing is, this issue just started recently.

If it only started recently I couldn't say, but I could imagine that because of the way it captures that other things on the computer could interfere with it easily.
