So, I've been wanting to record minecraft for a while. I recently got a new pc and saw some videos on youtube for good obs settings. Most of the videos I followed were from people with worse specs than me, so I assumed I would be able to run them fine. I try the settings, but the output just lags, even with the EXACT same settings (on a system with higher specs compared to theirs)
I've tried different settings, but nothing works. Here is a log file from my most recent one where I tried some CQP settings I found. I also have:
CPU: Intel Core i5 9400f
GPU: Asus Dual GTX 1650 OC 4GB
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16gb DDR4 3200MHz
Also, if it helps, I am watching the videos back in VLC Media Player.
EDIT: I'm also using Minecraft 1.8.9 (on Badlion Client, but it's the same with all clients, optifine and vanilla) and OBS 24.0.1 (because the newer versions are even more laggy) I also set my in-game settings to worse than the guides, so lower settings, better specs, and I still can't run it.
