Bug Report Minecraft has like 0 FPS when I open OBS

I really need your help... OBS lags for me when I open it on Minecraft... It wont stop lagging! Can you please help me! Specs:

Windows 10

Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2120 CPU

3.30GHz 3.30 GHz

64-bit operating system,

x64-based processor

6.00 GB (5.90 GB usable)

And also when I close OBS my Minecraft keeps lagging! But when I restart Minecraft it's fine... I use Action right now but it has bad quality in Action and this is why I chose OBS...

Turn off multi-adapter compatibility in the game capture properties.

Try deleting the game capture source and re-adding it. Something is forcing the game capture to default back to memory capture, which is extremely inefficient and the cause of your problems.

You can also check this list of things known to conflict with OBS (NOT a complete list):

Other capture programs, Razer Synapse (disable heatmaps), graphics mods like ENBSeries and SweetFX, and any type of software or utility that displays an in-game overlay like EVGA Precision, MSI Afterburner, RivaTuner, TS3/Mumble overlays, Dolby Axon, Raptr, Overwolf, etc. If you use D3DGear it must be uninstalled completely.
