Question / Help Minecraft framedrop

Ok, so recently I started up OBS. Started up minecraft and all off a sudden, I dropped from 500 to 30 fps. This is not a problem when I am using Screencapture, only game capture. When will this be fixed?
 
Having this same issue. Really annoying. I don't even have to be recording/streaming and it drops my frames as the game capture is recognizing the Minecraft fullscreen frame. Window capture doesn't work either. Can't figure this out. Looked everywhere for hours. Bug with Java and OBS?
