Question / Help Minecraft frame drops

Recently I have been having some trouble while streaming Minecraft, it started about three days ago and has not stopped. Whenever I am game capturing Minecraft my frames drop from 60 frames where I have them capped down to 20 frames and below. Like I said this started happening recently so it was fine before three days ago. I did update my graphic drivers but I reverted afterwards to see if it would fix this but it didn't. Here is the log file of my most recent stream as well. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

I don't see anything particularly wrong with the log file. So what you're saying is that the FPS in-game for you is going down?

Yes whenever i have game capturing of Minecraft going on. I can have OBS and Minecraft running at the same time but as soon as I switch scenes to game capture Minecraft is when it Tanks. I Have also been playing other games via game capture and they have been fine like Morrowind and Oblivion.
