Question / Help Minecraft FPS drop

When I start preview or record or stream I have got FPS drop. Normally I have about 200-300 fps but when i start these functions, I have about 20. But if I use monitor capture I have not FPS drop.
My PC:
CPU: Intel i5 6400
GPU: Raedon R7 200
Ram: 8 GB
