Bug Report minecraft Error, help plz

HELP!! Everytime I open up OBS, it just keeps giving me this DUMB error while recording:
OBS Failed to initialize video: Unspecified error for Ubuntu 14.04. In linux

It is not a dumb error. Can you please give more details? Failed to initialize video means that the game capture you are trying to capture is not there. So it is telling you the the source for Minecraft is not there for OBS to record. Please go into you Minecraft source (The game capture) and make sure it is trying to capture the right things.
