Minecraft Encoder Breaks when Streaming

Hello all,

I have a Resonant Rise 5 modded minecraft server that I can join on and record on flawlessly. But as soon as I start streaming on OBS it somehow messes with the minecraft encoder. I've tried switching between the NVIDIA encoder and the x264 encoder but to no avail.
