Question / Help Minecraft doesn't move while stream

I have seen a few others with the same issue, which is that facecam and chat work, but the game just get stuck like a picture, but the answers to those threads are either too confusing or doesn't work, so please, someone tell me how to fix it in a simple way that a no0b like me can understand, thank you.

All Info I know: I use Windows 7, downloaded obs a day ago, should be newest, and I'm in fullscreen.

Use game capture, not window.

I'm having the same problem except with recording. I'm also using game capture which is confusing me. The screen freezes into what it was a few seconds ago. Even when I leave the screen and come back fine it just reverts back to the same screen each time.
