When I record minecraft I get very low color as in greyish I would like it to be high color. The video is perfect except for the color. My GPU is nVidia GeForce GTX 750

I already used these settings here is a random test video on hypixel.

You weren't using those settings in the logs you provided, which is why I gave you a link to the guide. That last video looks absolutely fine.

No, the quality looks perfectly normal at 720p60. Perhaps you were checking before YouTube finished processing it and all quality options were available?
