Minecraft 120FPS

I'm trying to record minecraft on 120FPS with maximum quality in 4k and getting major choppiness.

I have a RTX 3090 and I9-10900K.

Really stumped on this one, would appreciate any insights.
I attached the log file in case that's helpful.

Your're overloading your system. Start with standard recording with 1920x1080 at 60 fps in simple output mode, encoder nvenc and quality "indistinguishable quality". Record to a local disk, no USB drive or network drive.
Increase and change settings one by one, and at each step make a test recording to make sure your recording is still without choppiness. This way you find out which of the questionable options of yours are the culprit.
Major points:
- don't record 4k lossless
- don't record to a remote drive. lossless 4k must probably go to a highspeed SSD.
- don't record higher fps before you make sure 60 fps works
- use color space partial, not full

Great Advice made a lot of progress with this

Already recording to an NVME M.2 with insane read/write speed.
