Migrating to a new OBS instance

I am setting up a new OBS instance on a more powerful computer. Rather than recreating all settings etc. is there a way of creating a backup file and importing it on the new instance?

I have seen the scene import / export but that's just a part of the whole OBS setup. How do I create an OBS clone?

Look on the OBS menus, specifically on Scene Collections and Profile. You can now export both and use this to import on your new PC.
Remember to recreate the same path structure in your new PC. Copy in here all the files you used in your actual installation.
