Midas M32 audio to OBS

Hey gang, I'm a noob on the audio side. We have a new board, Midas M32. It has all updates and has been setup to run a mix via USB to OBS.

I'm using a GH4 and get picture. I've installed the ASIO plug in and it shows up as an audio input. However, when I click it the source is in red and the box is empty.

Any help would be appreciated. Trying to get our livestream up and going.

I am getting USB not recognized, so it is not showing up in the Device Manager or Devices. I've installed the M32 drivers from their site. Is this what you are meaning by configuration software?
