Question / Help Mics work completely fine everywhere else except OBS, and then... - check this out!

Whether it's the built-in mic, blue tooth mic or lav mic I'm trying to use - all mics not only work everwhere else - OBS also sees them. =/ It's not muted on the mixer, the soundbar is there but nothing's going up and down... - What do I do?...

Here's something weird - the Mic on my phone is working - I'm using the USB app to use my iphone as the camera - and that picks up sound... however, nothing else connected - whether USB or direct audio plug is working...
