Hello everyone, I'm using NVENC to capture Playeruknown's battlegrounds and the output to stream is pretty smooth but every 5-6 seconds there will be a short stutter and then everything is smooth again. Here is the log https://gist.github.com/b9f21e112e97ebdceddaf83dc7b75da6 the bitrate was fine according to twitch inspector and it also didn't show any stutter. So I guess the problem is on my end when it's encoding?
Thanks in advance.

P.S. I'm running i7-4790k , gtx 970 sli and 16GB ram, also I've noticed the header of the log says 4000 for the processor frequency even though I overclocked it to 4.7, is this normal?

I mean PHYSICALLY REMOVE it.
You're cutting the available bandwidth to the primary card in half by having a secondary card on that system.

You're free to doubt it all you want. This entry tells me that it's extremely likely the cause.
