hi guys for some reason my streams and recordings are always jittery. Like microstutters in both the stream and recording. I have a 7820x @ 4.6ghz,32gb ram @ 3800mhz, and a gtx 1070. I am using a 4000 bit rate at the faster preset. recordings are indistinguishable quality and mp4 format(going to switch back to flv). both enconded by x264. The game itself does not stutter and OBS and Twitch do not detect dropped frames.
