Question / Help Microsoft word tab parts won't record but work canvas is recorded fine.

I am trying to record a training video using OBS and what's weird is that Microsoft's Word canvas part that has white paper works fine (when I type, it shows on OBS preview, and is recorded fine as what I type shows simultaneously with my voice).
However, when I click on tabs such as insert, format, etc, them changing is not shown at all and is just keep showing Home tab even though I switched the tab. Your guide on this is appreciated.

What type of source are you using to capture Word? I believe monitor/display capture is the only way to properly capture Office programs.
