I was able to add the device after installing the latest drivers and updating the firmware, but the camera feed won't show up while streaming. I can view the "Properties" of the LifeCam but every time I try to "Configure", OBS crashes. This is the last crash log:

OBS has encountered an unhandled exception and has terminated. If you are able to
reproduce this crash, please submit this crash report on the forums at
http://www.obsproject.com/ - include the contents of this crash log and the
minidump .dmp file (if available) as well as your regular OBS log files and
a description of what you were doing at the time of the crash.

This crash appears to have occured in the 'c:\program files (x86)\microsoft lifecam\drivercomponents\lcproxy2.ax' module.

Please help. This is very frustrating.
Thanks.

Figured it out. For anyone interested:

The install directory for the LifeCam was "Program Files (x86)", so I assumed the drivers were 32-bit. I've been using the 32-bit version of OBS because that was the shortcut the installer placed on my desktop. Out of curiosity/desperation I opened the 64-bit OBS (which is installed with the 32-bit) and the camera worked. No more crashing when I try to configure. So yeah, I guess the LifeCam drivers were 64-bit. What a relief. Now I'm working on getting an N64 to run through OBS. Thanks for nothing.
