Bug Report Microphone Volumes change when Streaming or Recording.

I am getting different volume levels depending on if I'm streaming or recording.

If I am streaming to twitch, you can barely hear me, I'm like a whisper in the background, but if I'm recording it's perfectly fine. Anything I can do to fix this issue? It's definitely a bug...

Oh I also want to add that the microphone volume is at max, and I set gain to 15 during that sample stream, and the green bar shows my voice being much loader then the desktop volume, so that's why I say it's definitely a bug...

Have you tried a sample rate of 44.1khz?
