Question / Help Microphone sound

So when I record I use headphones and when I talk I hear myself in my headset a fraction of a second later. When I watch the recorded version of my video you can hear the echo still. Is there any way to disable this? I do not have Windows set to 'listen' in microphone settings.

Right click your Webcam source and go to Properties, make sure your webcam audio is disabled in that window. By default, OBS will use both the microphone you specify in your Audio settings and your webcam's mic if you add a webcam source that has one.
