Question / Help Microphone Setting Not Saving

Hello, I have used OBS before on a different computer, but I never ran into this problem. My microphone is displayed to select in the Microphone option, but when I click Apply, it doesn't apply. All other changes I make will save, just not the microphone one, the setting continually reverts to disabled.
