Microphone randomly disabled by OBS

Hello, I have a 48v external microphone, connected with usb port. In OBS every every 10-15 minutes microphone is muted, even if it seems all ok. Then I need to uncable and reconnect it to the usb port when it happens and it works, during live show is quite annoying. After 10-15 minutes it happens again, microphone is muted and so on. Anyone can help with this?

Does this happens when recording in another app like Audacity (only audio)?
If yes, then the issue is in how windows manage this mic.
Is the mic conected to it's phantom power?

Hei PaiSand, yes he mic is connected to phantom power. Not using other app
