As far as audio is concerned, go to your Windows 10 sound properties and confirm microphone sample rate is set to 44100Hz. If your camera has its own built-in microphone, you can disable it as well.

If this doesn't work, try connecting your Blue mic on different USB ports and/or do a test recording with no sources added besides audio and a blank capture source, no camera. If the issues disappear after trying these out, it might be a simple case of USB hubs being bandwidth restricted, depending on how many devices are connected.

Other than this, there are several other issues with your encoding settings but I'll only comment on those if you feel the need to change them.

EDIT: Just checked specs, corrected post due to Blue Snowball only supporting 44.1Khz sample rate.

The only thing that changed was I went to bed and restarted my computer, and turned my speakers off and it seems to work fine now! I have no idea what the problem was, maybe my speakers being weird. Anyhow, thanks for your help!
