Microphone pops every other sentence.

As the title says, I've been having problems with audio popping. I've already tried many solutions I found in this forum and other places online, including changing the sample rate in OBS and Windows with no luck. I'm hoping somebody can help me if I give details on my setup:

OBS ver. 26.1.1 - 64-bit Windows
Interface: Behringer UMC404HD
Microphone: MXL 770

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Try adding a limiter filter in your audio source, set so -6 dB or so.
