Bug Report Microphone Noise and Cam Bug

When I'm previewing or streaming, my microphone suddenly has a noise in teamspeak and in the stream. Without streaming there is no noise for me in teamspeak or whatever. If I change my microphone input to another microphone, the noise is still there, so I guess it's a problem in OBS. It's like a beeeeeep in the background.

And if I change my scene from one scene with a camera to another scene with a camera, my camera will just turn off and the position of the camera in my stream will turn red. Is that a bug too?

It's not actually a problem in OBS, but it's a problem caused -by- OBS, if that makes sense. It actually is literally some sort of issue in the windows audio subsystem somewhere when doing loopback recording. It's actually extremely irritating because I have to write a workaround for it.
