Question / Help Microphone Hiccups About Every 5 Seconds

I've had this issue for a little while and I'm not sure where it's stemming from.
This problem can be observed in this video:
At about 10 seconds in, a few seconds after the linked time.
Every 4-5 seconds or so, the microphone inexplicably cuts out for a fraction of a second. I've searched high and low for a solution, but none of the solutions I've tried have worked.

The microphone is a Blue Yeti, the one found here specifically: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LY6Z2M6/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I don't *think* it's the microphone's fault. It works perfectly fine if I just record in Audacity. Excellent quality, it just tends to skip when I'm recording with OBS.

Here's my latest log file, which is one of me just saying "test" for about 13 seconds: https://obsproject.com/logs/7Em8h6CTwznLpBHn
If it helps, the cuts I'm describing occur at about the 4 1/2 and 10 second marks. I don't physically pause myself during these breaks, they just cut out the audio.

Any and all help would be appreciated.

To update this, it is apparently the microphone. I used an old headset microphone and the problem is non-existent. But I really want this mic to work because the quality is leagues beyond that of my headset's microphone.

You are using VoiceMeeter, why? Any audio issues that occur when you have VoiceMeeter installed and running should tell you it is most likely an issue with VoiceMeeter.

Make sure you have the same sample rate set everywhere. If you have the mic set to 44.1 in the windows sound control panel, and you're recording in Audacity with it set to 44.1, but then OBS is set to 48 khz, that could cause problems.

@DEDRICK : I was going to set up voicemeeter, but if I'm not using it should it really affect anything? I'll try uninstalling to see if that helps.

@Narcogen : Everything is recording at 44.1

Hmm.

I just tried recording on a different computer, my laptop, using the mic. Same problem cropped up recording with OBS. I guess the mic just doesn't play well with the program or something. It still works perfectly fine recording with Audacity. Guess I'm just gonna have to change my production cycle until I can get a new mic.
