Question / Help Microphone Delay

So now I started having an odd problem where my microphone keeps gradually getting more and more delayed as I stream. After 5 mins it took like 3 seconds for the sound "bar" thing to move after I said something, in OBS. First time I've ever had this problem with any streaming program.

If you get mic desync:

• First try turning on "Use Mic QPC Timestamps", in advanced, and also turn up "Scene buffering time" to around 800 or more.
• If that fails to help, then turn QPC timestamps off, and as a last resort, try "Mic Sync Hack Fix".

These options are sort of necessary right now due to design flaws in the audio subsystem, but usually one of those fixes it.
