Bug Report Microphone can not be turned on

I recorded many videos with OBS with my microphone already, but since today I can not toggle the microphone to being on. It is just grey and I can not click on it and my microphone Mute/Unmute hotkey is also not working. Can you help me with this problem. I do not want to reinstall it if possible, because I do not want to lose my scenes.

Can noone help me with this problem. It is too bad that I can not do any more Youtube vids, because of this.

Check you have selected the correct device in settings / audio. Also make sure you didn't mute it by lowering volume to 0.
