Question / Help Microphone (Blue snowball) Not working in obs

I'm new to using Obs, i have a Snowball microphone and i'm trying to use it to record YouTube Videos. The mic shows it capturing audio in the preview stream feature, but when i record and watch back the video i recorded, there is no mic audio.

Is there something i'm doing wrong?

Make sure the properties of the video/audio capture device recognizes the correct mic to be the default. Also check the the overall settings of the program to ensure the same.
