Microphone Audio coming out of PC Speaker

I'm not sure if this is an old issue or freshly occurred, but tonight I wanted to record video from OBS to a file (Something I haven't done in a long time) so unmuted the microphone and started a test, only to hear myself coming out of the computers built-in speakers... and then the feedback started.

The unusual thing is, nothing is routed to that tiny little speaker, desktop audio is via a real set of speakers...

I also notice that the webcam config seems to lack any option to simply ignore audio from the webcam..

Logitech StreamCam: Blue Yeti Mike (although issue also occurs on a cheap bluetooth headset)

Audio recording works fine in Audacity, and the monitoring in the speaker halts as soon as I close OBS

Ive been working on this issue for over an hour and can not find any setting as to why this would be happening..

Log is here: https://obsproject.com/logs/8bkFkqfPAKKspbMf

If I turn off Track 1 it stops, but then it records video with no audio track....

Looks liek the last time I successfully did this was December last year, I have removed Ear Trumpet (the only thing that has been installed since then, well its Windows so I cant say that for sure can I).

Well, wish I could help you more but I don't use the audio features in OBS that much..
I'm sure others here will help you...

I've kind of worked around it, switched my audio out device to the built in speaker, then muted output, so far so good...

May be time for a new PC... this one isn't Win11 compatible.
