Question / Help Microphone asynchronous to camera (synchronization compensation doesn't work)

Hi,
I have connected my camera via the ELGATO CAM LINK and would like to record the sound via an external microphone. However, the camera is 2 seconds later. Now I wanted to synchronize the microphone via advanced audio settings. No matter how many ms I enter, the microphone delivers the sound immediately.
What else can I do?
