Question / Help Microphone and Webcam will not work together.

Hey everybody, I've got a bit of a weird issue and I'm not sure how to go about fixing it. I'm not even sure if it's entirely OBS or if it's something to do with my drivers.

When I try to either record or stream using OBS with both a webcam and a microphone, I can only have one working at a time. If my microphone is working, nothing shows up in my webcam and if my webcam is working, there's no audio being picked up in my microphone.

Here's my setup:

Microphone: Shure SM7B
Audio interface I use to run the microphone: Focusrite Scarlett 18i20
Webcam Nexxtech Autofocus 1080p HD webcam

So I've set up OBS to use my audio interface as the default option for recording mic audio, and I just use the native software for the webcam to capture that, but for whatever reason, they won't work in sync.

Any help would be appreciated.

Logitech HD Webcam (one usb port)
Steinberg UR-22 (2nd usb port) with a Rode NT-1 condenser mic

Most recent setup I set the video capture devices microphone as the UR-22 unit.

Yeah, I've set it up so that it should be using my audio interface as the microphone for the video capture, but it still doesn't record any audio from the mic. Not too sure what I'm doing wrong.
