Hey Guys,
today i was spending many hours reading the forum to find a solution. while i record with my OBS, the video itself micro stutters. i will add the log file, guessing this will give the information needed to get an overview about everything.

Just for the testing, i changed the settings from 60 FPS to 30 FPS and even tried the upper end of 120 FPS.
1080p, 720p - every setting the same issue. it works fine without any OBS warning. the video records as 60FPS, videofile has 60FPS while i play it with vlc. just the shown content stutters slightly and isnt smooth 60FPS. the preview itself shows the same slight stuttering, while recording. guess has something to do with the encoding, but cant figure out a fix.
i even tried the NVenc with setting tutorials out of this forum. just told me CPU cant keep it up, so i aborted. dead end there.
ah before i forget - i recorded a hardcore test for worst case scenario, to see exactly how i have to set up for very fast pictures - Split/Second, a racing game.
while testing, i recorded a video with the nvidia shadowplay - no issues there, perfectly smooth. but i would still pref OBS for records.
i hope someone with deep experience can help me and explain deep settings while giving a fix. like i said, i was reading for hours today and many days in the past. i am no professional, but i will know about what you talk, when u talk about indeep special settings, thx to that hard search. :)
so, looking forward!
