Question / Help Micro lags

Guys help me pls! I have no problems on stream -- no frame\fps drops. ~2000-2200 kb\s. BUT!! my vievers often say that they have micro lags on stream -- everything is fine and suddenly they have this lags (effect of loading video on uTube). Is there a soluthion?

If you aren't dropping frames then there's nothing you can do other than switching to a less congested streaming service.
