Micro freezes

Hi I have used OBS for years now and ever since upgrading my pc to the below I get micro freezes while playing FIVEM. I don’t get the lag or the freezes in game only when I play back. Surly my pc can handle CBR 40000 I’ve even tried at 20000 with little to no difference.
Can someone please help. Example clip attached.

For recording use CQP intead of CBR. Just set the CQ level to something between 23 and 15 (lower better quality)
Or even better, use Simple Output mode and select one of the presets.
Then test.

If you're recording into the SSD then you can go wild with qualitty. If you record to an HDD, be more conservative. Test.
And it's adviced to have at least 16GB of RAM.

Hey man thank you for the reply.
I’m a little confused as I’m not huge tech person.
I have 2 SSD so I might switch it to one of them will I notice less stutters saving it to there?

Also I think I tried doing CQP and noticed that it wasn’t as crisp as CBR and I did set it to 15 with a small amount of stutters.
As for my ram I have From memory 16gb or ram maybe more I got to try and remember lol

I should mention I looked at my pc I have:

Corsair VENGEANCE Black 32GB (2x16GB) 5200MHz DDR5

I should also mention that I have 1440p monitors. I didn’t realize that I’ve been downscaling to 1080p in obs would that be a cause? I’ve now changed it all to 1440p with no downscale however haven’t had a chance to test record yet. @PaiSand

Anyone able to assist me please?
I have checked my GPU and my ram and both are hardly being effected. I’ve also stopped downscale which has improved visuals ten fold however I’m getting more lags when watching. It’s currently being recorded to my HDD should it be going to my backup SSD until I get to edit stage? Will that even play a part?
