Question / Help Mic works in OBS but not anywhere in Windows

For some reason in OBS Studio, the mic bar goes up when I talk and down when I don't, appearing to work fine.
However, on the Recording Devices part of my Windows 7 Settings thing, it doesnt register any sound I make whatsoever
Does anyone know the solution? Thank you!
