Mic working differently between PCs

Hello, normally I stream and game on my Desktop which is running Windows 10 and my Blue Yeti mic works perfectly fine and picks up background noise as it should. Recently I got a laptop, running Windows 11, and for some reason in OBS the Yeti isn't picking up background noise at all. It seems to only be active when I talk then immediately mutes itself again. It's not picking up background noise but also it doesn't pick me up when I'm humming either.

There are no filters active on the mic either and I checked Logitech GHub where it is picking up background noise so I'm not sure whats happening but it's making me sound weird whenever I check my VODs

Have you checked the manufacturer Audio drivers (ex. dell often uses Realtek).
this sounds like your Audio routing is new/different at Operating System level on new Win11 laptop, which most likely has a different audio interface/chipset. And then there is the question of whether you have a new NVidia GPU on the laptop, and if the NVidia noise reduction filters are taking place

just random ideas off the top of my head.

Idk about the drivers but I check NVidia Broadcaster and removed the noise reduction effect but the issue still persists. after checking my recent VOD My voice sounds warped and kind distant like im in a cave as well

It seems I fixed the issue! I had to go into Realtek Audio Console and uncheck the AI noise reduction there!

Thank you for your effort I appreciate it greatly!
