Question / Help Mic volume sync

So, when streaming I noticed that my mic output is louder than the people I'm playing with on TS3. Can this be synced somehow, or is it a matter of adjusting volumes manually? Thanks! Loving the software!

Nope, manual adjustment is the only way to do this. You do kind of want your voice to be a bit louder than theirs anyway, just as an aside, so that if someone else starts talking over you, you can still be clearly heard. Watch the meters, it's usually an effective way to get a rough balance at least.
